    The Easton PTA Mission

The Easton PTA is a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the learning experience of our children at home and at school. We promote programs that enrich and excite our children, and support the efforts of our parents and teachers. We strive to create an environment that fosters better communication among the school, home, and our town.

  • BUDGET UPDATE!

    THE LATEST INFORMATION

A huge thank you to everyone who signed the Change.org petition and came out to the Board of Education meetings this week. The turnout was amazing! We sent a strong message to the Easton Board of Education about what is important for our children and they received it loud and clear!

Signing the petition is really important. It’s not too late to add your name to the petition – almost 250 fellow parents and Eastonites have signed it - but we need 250 more parents to sign it! Click here for the petition.

On Wednesday night, after a thoughtful and thorough discussion, the Board agreed on a budget increase of 1.1%, which represents $15,950, 095. Research shows that small class size has a direct correlation with higher academic achievement. Class size in 2nd and 5th grades and important programming are preserved, for now. But we're not done, and we need your help!

PLEASE PUT THE FOLLOWING DATE ON YOUR CALENDAR
Board of Finance meeting March 8th, 7 :30pm at the Easton Senior Center.
The Board of Education will be presenting this budget to the Board of Finance.
